How can I place an order?
Select the products you would like to order by choosing your product and clicking the "Add to cart" button. You can change this selection at any time until you submit your order by changing the number of products in the shopping basket, deleting the selection by clicking on the "Remove" box or cancelling the order process. Clicking on the button "Proceed to checkout" will take you to the next step of the ordering process.
Please log in with your e-mail address and password if you already have a customer account. If not, you can create a customer account ("Create account") or order as a guest. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations. Your data will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties. If you are already registered, you can enter your billing and shipping address.
Please enter your voucher or discount code in the corresponding field and confirm with "Add voucher". The discount amount will then be deducted from your total amount. You can also enter and add a second voucher.
Discount codes cannot be combined and there may be items that are excluded. Discount codes can only be used once and cannot be reissued. Cashback is not possible. Vouchers will be reissued and emailed to you upon return.
How can i change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes once the order has been completed. You are welcome to contact our customer service at email@example.com to cancel your order and place a new one with the desired changes. Please also contact us if you want a cancellation.

Do I have to pay additional taxes or customs duties?
Within the EU, there are no customs or import fees for shipping. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs charges, taxes and fees may apply. Please check the individual regulations of your shipping country before placing your order. All additional costs are your responsibility.
Please note: All orders to the UK are subject to customs duty. Orders to the UK are taxed since Brexit. This amount is levied and determined by UK customs.
How can I change my address?
Can I order items to collect myself from the store?
The shipping option "Pick up in store IJmuiden" is available. If you would like to pick up items in the store, please do not place an order in the online store, but contact our customer service at 0629216020. The desired items will be ready for you to try on and pick up in the store from the following business day at 1pm (the articles are reserved for 3 three business days). The payment will also be made in the store. Please note that purchase on account is unfortunately not possible.
What are the payment options?
PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay online securely, easily and quickly. For this, you deposit your data once in a PayPal account. After submitting your order at Sacred Soil you will automatically be redirected to PayPal. There you enter your email address and your personal password and confirm the payment. In case of return the amount will be booked back to your PayPal account.
Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
You can pay conveniently and securely (3D Secure code required) with your credit card. As soon as your credit card is authorized, it will be charged immediately. You will then receive a confirmation email from us with the information that your order has been successfully completed. Please note that in case of a return, the refund may not be visible until the next billing statement.
Apple Pay is the simple payment method from Apple. It works on Mac, iPhone and iPad. Both mobile and desktop, you can pay at Sacred Soil with the cards stored in your Apple Pay wallet securely and quickly. The transaction data is encrypted and not stored.
Google Pay is available on Android and in the Chrome browser. This allows you to pay at Sacred Soil securely and quickly with the payment methods stored on Google.

When will my money be refunded?
After receiving your return it may take several business days until your return is processed. Your money will be refunded the same way it reached us - depending on the payment method, it may take an additional 2-3 business days until the refund reaches you. If you paid with Klarna, your invoice will be cancelled or adjusted.
